If the order is not okay or damaged on arrival then you can return the product at your own cost.
You must, in 7 days after delivery of the order, send Besturingen.com a e-mail or letter to inform us that the order returns and giving the reason wy you send the part back.
Then you must, within 5 days after delivery of the order send the unused items in original packaging return to Besturingen.com.
All returns must be postage prepaid. Besturingen.com will be within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment pay your money back.
Besturingen.com reserves the right to refuse returns or to only a portion of the amount paid back pay when it is suspected that the article has already been used, where the article from use is damaged or if the goods are not original Returns are sent packing.
Besturingen.com reserves then returns to the right to refuse or to only a portion of the amount paid back if the articles are not paid within 7 days after delivery of the order are returned or the return within 3 days after delivery of the order Besturingen.com to e-mail or letter is reported.
For deliveries outside the Netherlands only the value of the materials are reimbursed.
